The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cocktail machine in our warehouse. The money will be transferred to the same account from which you paid. Fast and uncomplicated.
14-day guarantee: By law, we must refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The transfer is usually made within 3-5 working days.
Automatic check: Upon receipt, we check the cocktail machine for completeness and condition. Standard inspection takes 1-2 working days.
Immediate refund: If the goods are returned correctly, they will be refunded immediately after inspection. No delays or waiting times.
Same means of payment: Refunds will be made to the same account/credit card from which you paid. No detours or complicated procedures.
Financing/leasing: In the case of financed cocktail machines, cancellation is not yet possible.
Confirmation by e-mail: You will automatically receive a confirmation of the refund with transfer details and reference number.
Goodwill in case of delay: If the refund takes longer, we will pay interest on arrears. Fairness and trust are paramount.
Transparently comprehensible: On request, you will receive detailed information about the verification and reimbursement process.
