In what condition must the machine be returned?

The cocktail machine must be returned in good condition - normal signs of use due to testing are permitted. Important: Thorough cleaning and complete accessories for problem-free return.

Test use permitted: You may test the fully automatic cocktail machine extensively. Normal signs of use due to intended use do not reduce the return value.

Thorough cleaning: The cocktail machine must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. All pipes must be rinsed, tanks emptied and surfaces cleaned.

Complete accessories: All supplied parts must be returned in full: Cables, documentation, cleaning agents, spare parts, packaging.

Original packaging: Ideally return in the original packaging. If not available, we will organise replacement packaging free of charge.

No damage: Gross negligence or damage can lead to depreciation. However, normal test operation is unproblematic.

Software reset: Our technicians will reset all personal settings on collection. Your data will be completely deleted.

Hygiene standards: Food residues must be removed. HACCP-compliant cleaning required for return.

Installation dismantling: If installed, our technicians will professionally dismantle the cocktail machines. Your premises remain undamaged.

Fair valuation: We assess the condition in an accommodating and fair manner. Normal test use does not lead to deductions or problems.

Documentation: On collection, we draw up a record of the condition. Transparency and fairness for both sides.
