Personal data may be provided voluntarily by the user or, in the case of usage data, collected automatically when The Cocktailmaker is used.

Unless otherwise stated, the provision of all data requested by The Cocktailmaker is mandatory. Google can use the data collected to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

Google can use the data collected to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.
IP anonymisation has been activated on this website so that the IP address of Google users within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area is truncated beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

Google Analytics: Demographics and Interest Performance Reporting is a Google advertising reporting feature that provides demographics and interest data within Google Analytics for The Cocktailmaker (demographics means age and gender data).

Users may refuse the use of cookies by Google by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser. Display settings from Google.

Google Analytics with extension for User ID (Google Ireland Limited)

The Cocktailmaker uses the Google Analytics function "User ID". By assigning the same ID across multiple sessions and devices, this extension allows for more accurate tracking of users. It is set up in a way that does not allow Google to personally identify an individual or track a device in a permanent way.
The User ID extension could enable a connection between the data from Google Analytics and other data collected about the user via The Cocktailmaker.
The following opt-out link only leads to deregistration for the device used, but not for the tracking operated independently by the owner. To deactivate this as well, the owner must be notified via the e-mail address provided.

Comments

Commenting services allow users to write and publish comments on the content that The Cocktailmaker contains.
Depending on the provider's settings, users can also leave anonymous comments. If users have also provided their email address with their personal data, this can be used to notify users about comments on the same content. Users are responsible for the content of their own comments.

The way in which Cloudflare's functions are integrated means that the service filters all traffic taking place via The Cocktailmaker, i.e. the communication taking place via The Cocktailmaker and the user's browser, and at the same time enables the collection of analytical data that The Cocktailmaker contains.

This type of service allows The Cocktailmaker and its partners to analyse how The Cocktailmaker has been used in previous sessions of the user in order to target, optimise and deploy advertising.

These types of services allow the Provider to create User profiles by first using the email address, name or other information that the User has provided to The Cocktailmaker, as well as to track User activity through analytics functionalities. This personal data can also be matched with publicly available information about the User (such as social media profiles) and used to build a personal profile that the Provider can display and use to improve The Cocktailmaker.
Some of these services may also provide for the sending of timed messages to the user, such as e-mails that The Cocktailmaker links to certain actions.
