Private individuals have a 14-day right of cancellation from the date of delivery, while we offer commercial customers a fair 7-day period. The cancellation period begins with the physical delivery of the cocktail machine and can be extended in exceptional cases.
14 days for consumers: Legally guaranteed cancellation period for private individuals begins upon receipt of the fully automatic cocktail machine. Weekends and public holidays are included.
7 days commercial warranty: Caterers and other tradespeople have a voluntary 7-day right of cancellation. More service than required by law.
Deadline calculation: Day of delivery = day 1. In the case of delivery on Monday, the deadline ends the Monday after next at midnight. Simple calculation, clear rules.
Timely declaration: The cancellation must only be declared within the deadline. The goods can also be returned later if the cancellation was communicated in good time.
Installation irrelevant: Cocktail machines that have been installed and tested can also be cancelled. Installation does not affect the cancellation period.
Extension possible: In special circumstances (illness, company holidays) we will extend the deadline as an accommodation. Please contact us in good time.
Automatic reminder: You will automatically receive an e-mail reminder 2 days before the deadline. Missed deadlines are avoided.
Sundays and public holidays: If the deadline ends on a Sunday or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next working day.
Documentation: We document all deadlines transparently and inform you of your rights. Complete legal certainty guaranteed.
